The property is ideally situated in the hamlet of Llonet (Part of Los Masos), which is a short drive from the market town of Prades, where the local farmers and artisans sell their products on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The property is ideal for a couple or a small family.

Situated in a small hamlet, Los Masos benefits from a small grocery store and café.  It also has easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra which allows the surrounding area to be explored very easily.

For those wanting to relax and swim, Vinça lake is located 10km towards Perpignan and is an excellent alternative to the coast which is around 40 minutes drive.

 

FLOOR PLAN

 

The upper floor bedroom (with en-suite) leads onto the roof top terrace which is a fantastic place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.  The middle floor contains the sitting and dining areas and benefits from a central curtain to split up the areas if so desired.  This creates a separate bedroom area to allow the property to sleep 4 people.  The lower floor is mainly dedicated to the kitchen, but also contains a breakfast table and a second bathroom.

Bookings must be confirmed by payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the payment must be paid three weeks prior to arrival. Payments are processed via Paypal which allows secure payment by credit or debit card as well as by bank transfer. Other methods of payment available.

Guests should normally arrive after 1500hrs. Departures should normally be before 1000hrs. These times can be modified by prior arrangement.
