This fantastic comfortable house situated in a tranquil village close to Prades has a great private garden to relax in overlooking the Canigou mountain. The property sleeps 7 comfortably and is fully heated so is suitable for both Winter and Summer breaks.

Codalet is within walking distance of the thriving market town of Prades, it offers the best of both worlds. A quiet location yet easy access for all the shops, cafe’s, attractions.

Accommodation in the house is arranged over three floors with the ground floor containing a large family kitchen with comfortable dining area, a separate dining room for those special occasions and an entrance lobby/hall with separate utility area for the washing machine.

On the first floor there is a large airy sitting room which benefits from a SKY TV entertainment system and has double doors leading directly out onto the private terrace and garden. The first floor also contains the bathroom and a large family bedroom with double bed and a single bed.

Moving up to the top floor you will find two bedrooms, one large master bedroom with spectacular views overlooking the Village church and Mount Canigou and a further spacious bedroom with twin beds.

Bookings must be confirmed by payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the payment must be paid three weeks prior to arrival. Payments are processed via Paypal which allows secure payment by credit or debit card as well as by bank transfer. Other methods of payment available.

Guests should normally arrive after 1500hrs. Departures should normally be before 1000hrs. These times can be modified by prior arrangement.

Bed linen and towels can be provided €15 per double and €7.50 per single bed.
