This is a very comfortable, modern, spacious and beautifully furnished apartment in Amelie-les-bains, one of the most renowned spa towns in the south of France.

Accommodation in the apartment consists of a comfortable double bedroom, separate kitchen, open plan lounge - dining area and a spacious bathroom.

Amelie-les-Bains sits close to the Spanish border and is surrounded by hills and mountains. It has been designated a 'station verte' which means that it must strive at all tiles to ensure that tourists benefit from a calm and natural environment. One of the two bathing establishments preserve remains of the original Roman baths.

The open plan sitting room has two double sofa beds, coffee tables and dining table with seating for 4 with entertainment equipment comprising of a television, DVD and CD player.

Inside the kitchen you will find it is fully equipped with all you would expect from your holiday home, such as oven, microwave, toaster etc. but it is worth mentioning there is also provision of a washing machine.

The large spacious double bedroom leads onto a fantastic balcony which enjoys views over the river and surrounding mountains.

The bathroom has both a bath and shower and there is a separate w.c.

As well as the spacious accommodation, we have tried to anticipate all your needs after a full day’s activity. In doing this, we provide all your bedding and towels. All you need to do each day is enjoy your holiday, relax and plan what you will do tomorrow!

You will find our rental rates vary throughout the season an as there are no hidden charges to pay for utilities, bedding, towels or tourist taxes, our prices are very competitive.

Bookings must be confirmed by payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the payment must be paid three weeks prior to arrival. Payments are processed via Paypal which allows secure payment by credit or debit card as well as by bank transfer.

Guests should normally arrive after 1500hrs. Departures should normally be before 1000hrs. These times can be modified by prior arrangement.
