Rodes itself is a small village with a renowned restaurant and small grocery store,  you can just relax and forget about driving if you wish. It also has easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra which allows the surrounding area to be explored very easily. 

Rodes is situated between the two thriving market towns of Prades and Ille-sur-Tet which both have a wide wide choice of bars, restaurants and shops to visit. For beach-side relaxation, Vinca lake is located 4km towards Prades and is an excellent alternative to the coast which is around 30 minutes drive.

 

FLOOR PLAN

 

Accommodation in the house consists of 1 double bedroom and a further bedroom with 2 bunk beds on the first floor.  The second floor is dedicated to the open plan day room, containing the kitchen, dining and sitting areas leading on to the rooftop terrace as well as a small set of stirs to the mezzanine shower room/WC.

Bookings must be confirmed by payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the payment must be paid three weeks prior to arrival. Payments are processed via Paypal which allows secure payment by credit or debit card as well as by bank transfer.  Other methods of payment available.

Guests should normally arrive after 1500hrs. Departures should normally be before 1000hrs. These times can be modified by prior arrangement.

Bed linen and towels can be provided £14 per double and £7 per single bed.
