The property is arranged on 2 floors, the ground floor is a large open plan room combining comfortable living area, spacious dining area and a newly installed well equipped kitchen leading out through double patio doors on to the terrace, decked area and tranquil garden where you can sit and enjoy all your meals al fresco whilst enjoying the views on the surrounding hills.
A small
barbecue is available for your use. 2 sets of patio furniture are
provided for the terrace and the decked area, there is a large parasol
to give welcome shade in the summer and 2 comfortable chairs.
There is a convenient WC adjoining the terrace.
On the second floor there are 2 two comfortable bedrooms and 2 shower
rooms. Bedroom 1 is a double and has good views over the mountains.
Bedroom 2 can be used as a double or a family room and has both a double
and a single bed; it overlooks the tree lined village square, where in
the summer there is regular entertainment provided.
The house has been renovated and furnished to a high standard and
contains everything you could want for a perfect holiday. The property
is ideal for summer or winter lets as it is centrally heated throughout.
If you want to explore the area further Vernet les Bains is between the
mountains of the Pyrenees, the clear blue Mediterranean and the Spanish
border making days out interesting and varied..

Bookings must be confirmed by payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the payment must be paid three weeks prior to arrival. Payments are processed via Paypal which allows secure payment by credit or debit card as well as by bank transfer. Other methods of payment available.
Guests should normally arrive after 1600hrs. Departures should normally be before 1000hrs. These times can be modified by prior arrangement.
Bed linen and towels can be provided £14 per double and £7 per single bed.
